Stroll through historic downtown Cortez while your guide recounts chilling local legends and true tales of notorious outlaws such as Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid. Listen to eerie stories about the ancient ghosts of Mesa Verde National Park and learn how disregarding ancient teachings can lead to being haunted!
Each haunted story is based in real history and the tour includes many photso from the early 20th century. As a thank you to preserving our history, $5 from every ticket on the Cortez ghost tours is donated to the Montezuma Heritage Museum. Guests are encouraged to visit the museum before or after the tour to learn even more about Cortez history!
